The role of Learning and Development has never been more important, with more remote working, digital transformation, and ongoing change within the organisation. Learning is a powerful tool that empowers staff, reinforces organisational culture and most importantly, has a direct positive impact on the services we provide to our Members."
This project involved me working with the Learning and Development team as well as the Totara developers to create a branded platform. We wanted to make it feel friendly and engaging with more people in it than just icons which are used else were for specific content. You can see this infographic style was made inconjuction with the iconography style seen below.
